However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, you may be eligible for a return or replacement subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Return Request Timeline
All return, replacement, or damage claims must be initiated within 24 hours of successful delivery of the product. Any requests submitted after the 24-hour window may be rejected and deemed ineligible for return, replacement, or refund consideration.
Mandatory Proof Requirements
To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, customers are required to provide the following evidence when submitting a return request:
1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
The customer must record a clear and continuous unboxing video that:
Begins before the shipping package is opened.
Clearly displays the courier label and tracking information.
Shows all sides of the package.
Captures the complete unboxing process without interruptions.
Is recorded in a single take.
Contains no cuts, edits, filters, modifications, overlays, or alterations.
2. Product Photographs (Mandatory)
Customers must provide:
Clear images of the received product.
Photographs showing any defect, damage, or discrepancy.
Images of the packaging and shipping label.
Images taken immediately after delivery.
Failure to provide the required unboxing video and supporting photographs may result in rejection of the return claim.
Return Approval Process
Upon receiving the required evidence, our quality assurance team will conduct a detailed verification process. WoodenMakes reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on the evidence submitted and the findings of the investigation.
Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund. The returned product must successfully pass our inspection procedures after it is received at our facility.
Return Shipping & Processing Fee
A standard ₹50 return processing fee shall be deducted from the refundable amount for each approved return request. This deduction covers reverse logistics, handling, quality inspection, and administrative processing expenses.
Product Inspection
After the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a comprehensive inspection to verify:
Product condition.
Authenticity of the claim.
Completeness of accessories and packaging.
Evidence of misuse, negligence, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications.
If the returned product fails inspection, WoodenMakes reserves the right to deny the refund and return the item to the customer.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes all quality and verification checks:
Refund processing will be initiated within 24 hours.
In certain cases involving additional verification procedures, processing may require up to 48 hours.
After the refund is initiated, the final credit timeline depends upon the customer's payment provider, bank, wallet, UPI platform, or card issuer.

Return request raised after 24 hours of delivery.
Missing unboxing video.

FAQs
A client that's unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that's unhappy though he or her can't quite put a finger on it is worse. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.
If that's what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader. Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets with the copy decks they supply that are in tune with the design direction they require.
